Unboxing: Special Edition Snoe Glamourbox

I've been wanting to try Glamourbox for some time, so when additional slots opened up last week for their Special Edition Snoe Glamourbox, I hit 'Subscribe' right away. (And what perfect timing--they shipped the boxes out the next day and mine arrived on Saturday afternoon! Almost-instant gratification... Love it!)

So here it is... The unboxing of my Special Edition Snoe Glamourbox! (Are you excited?? I am!) Warning: This post is picture-heavy!

YOU GUYS. This. Box. I love this box! It's simple, sturdy, and sleek. I'll definitely be keeping it to store random beauty items in.

LOVE!
Anyway, on to what's inside...

Looks full! (Getting even more excited!)

It says: "We've teamed up with Snoe to make 2014 your most ravishing year ever! Get a complete beauty makeover for your skin and hair with these unique, skin-loving makeup & bath and body finds! Have a drop-dead gorgeous year, Glambabes!"

They look like full-sized products! How awesome is that?! And they're so pretty! I love the colors and the packaging. This month's box contains 7 products in total, 6 of which are full-sized (oops, scratch what I said earlier). Let's go through each one:

1. Hair Heroes | Agent Zero Cleansing Serum (250ml / Php599)
Got sensitivities? Let Agent Zero save the day! Made with zero fragrance, sulfates and silicones, this vegan hair and body cleanser won't irritate even the most delicate babies, kids and adults.

2 & 3. Snoe White Beauty Bar | Organic Papaya and Lightening Licorice (150g / Php139 ea.)
Organic Papaya: Be the fairest of them all! Delight in the fresh, fruity smell of carefully hand-selected fresh papaya fruits in this organic beauty bar. It gently exfoliates the skin to erase all signs of dark spots and blemishes.
Lightening Licorice: Make your sensitive skin stand out! This special beauty bar with licorice safely brightens and nourishes skin for a younger, silkier complexion with a pinkish glow.

That packaging. Those colors. Um, FAVE!

4. Body Ritual Recipes | Whipped Body Frosting Lotion (150g / Php249)
If your skin's feeling dehydrated, whip out this indulgent lotion for an instant moisture fix. Infused with skin-protective Vitamin E, papaya extracts and SPF15, you'll see, smell and feel addicted to your radiant skin!

When I first opened the box, I thought, "How pretty!" And then it hit me... Pink lotion. I don't think I've ever owned such a shockingly pink lotion...? Nope. Never.

5. Fizzy Clean | Foaming Hand Sanitizer (50ml / Php179)
Hands feel clean, soft and silky-smooth with this quirky alternative to traditional hand sanitizer. Soft bursts of foam wash away dirt and germs while skin hydreated. Feel the fizz!

I am not a fan of this hand sanitizer's packaging. Looking at all the other Snoe products in the box, I think they could've done a better job with this one. The retro blue dots, the clouds, the font used for the name 'Sky Mist'... It looks sort of cheap in my opinion. So not like the rest of the products! And I couldn't even figure out what it really was at first.

The actual product seems good though! If they could revise the packaging, I think this could totally compete with and be a local alternative to Bath & Body Works' Sanitizing Hand Gels.

6. Bedside BesoBalm | Deep Moisturizing Lip Treatment in Pink Pout Pucker (4g / Php249)
Keep this on your bedside so you won't forget to treat your puckers while you sleep. A word of warning, though - it creates luscious pink lips that may attract the opposite gender!

Not sure yet how effective this is, but so far loving how minty it is!

7. Poudre Extraordinaire | Face Powder in Vanilla Creme (35g / Php799)
Armed with acai berry, the most nutritious fruit in the world, this mineral powder is more than just makeup. It protects skin from free radicals, tightens and smoothens fine lines yet totally blends naturally into the skin.

The Poudre Extraordinaire is the only one that didn't come in a full-size package. There's supposed to be 3 shades, and this one is the lightest. (Definitely not my shade--I'm a MAC NC40/NC42--but I'll give it a try.)

That's it!

Overall thoughts: I've never tried Glamourbox or any Snoe products before, but so far, I'm really happy with what I got. The packaging is beautiful and fun--I could see most of these being carried at Ulta or Sephora. And have I told you about the price? No? This box is only (wait for it.....) Php595!! ...595 pesos lang, you guys! That's only about 1/3 of the total cost of all the individual products added up togetherwhoop whoop!
